SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the items you purchased.
City of Mist is dispatched from fulfillment centers in the US and UK/EU, so customers in these regions should not normally be required to pay VAT or customs duty to receive package(s). However, Son of Oak cannot guarantee that receiving your package will not require additional fees.
Expedited shipping is currently unavailable due to the coronavirus pandemic. Normally available in continental US only and is delivered within 2 or 3 business days, depending on your location.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When you pre-order products that are released on different dates, you can choose between:

Standard: Ship the entire order when all items are ready (cheaper but you receive some of your items later)

Multiple Packages: Ship each group of items when they are released (multiple packages and therefore more expensive but you receive your items sooner).
DOWNLOADS
Check the email account with which you made your purchase (your PayPal email account if you used PayPal as your payment method). You will receive an invitation email to our Download Center where you can download your PDF.
If you already have an account at our Download Center, log in at store.sonofoak.com/login . Please allow a few minutes for your purchase to be received in the system.
REFUNDS & RETURNS

Damaged products: We make the maximum effort to ensure your products arrive undamaged. Damaged products will be replaced (if they are in stock) or refunded at your option. We may ask you to ship the damaged product back to Son of Oak Game Studio (at our expense) in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Returns: You may return any unopened product within 60 days to Son of Oak Game Studio at your own cost and receive a full refund including order shipping fees, as long as the product is received by us undamaged. Used products or products with any damage (e.g., scratches, dents, etc.) will not be eligible for a refund.

Digital downloads: There are no refunds on digital downloads. If you purchased a Print+PDF combo product, the price of the PDF component will be deducted from any refund you are eligible for.

Refund methods: Refunds can be made by store credit, PayPal, or wire transfer only.
